Disagree about the pausing bit. What does it matter whether the pausing is occasional or regular?The debate around actions is silly.
They should have technology like they have in BBL that shows the bend in the elbow every ball. If anyone exceeds that, they should just call it a no-ball there and then at the spot.
The pause in the action is a non-issue. It's not that he pauses before some deliveries while for others he doesn't. His pause is a constant part of his bowling.
It is not written anywhere that you need to bowl with the same action for every ball.
ICC has to either allow all pausing or completely disallow it.
So far, they have allowed it to be a grey area and they have dealt with it on a case by case basis.
But that's not fair imo.
