What is Zohaib Khan doing in the A team? Didn't Inzamam-ul-Haq state that players over 30 won't be considered for Pakistan A?

Nepotism of highest level just a shakeel sheikh quota otherwise kamran ghulam should have been selected who was outstanding with bat and his left arm spin bowling in list A as well as FC .pathetic from inzi

Impressive bowling performance by Pakistan A bowlers in the 5th and final OD game against England Lions see them dismiss the visitors for 169 in 45.1 overs, with Zohaib Khan taking 4/27 for the home-side;

Silver lining.

Winning both the ODI series and the single test.

Wow.. The so called current 'best' England team doesn't have good reserves it seems OR maybe Pakistan are emerging as the next big force in cricket. I think latter has more truth. The performers certainly need to be encouraged by giving more chances and run in the national team.

ECB Release:

Pakistan A won the final 'ODI' of their five-match series with England Lions to seal a 3-2 victory.

The Lions - captained for the first time by Nottinghamshire's Joe Clarke, in the absence of Lewis Gregory - batted first but on another turning track were bowled out for 169.

Clarke himself made an unbeaten 60, while Ollie Pope (46) helped him put on 59 for the fourth wicket. Zohaib Khan took four wickets for the hosts to initially dismiss Pope and then remove the Lions' middle order, putting the game firmly in his side's favour.

On a pitch where a total in the region of 230 may have been competitive, Pakistan A were left needing 170 to win and they did so comfortably, for the loss of just three wickets despite another good spell from Mark Wood - so far England's stand-out bowler on tour.

The two teams will reconvene for two T20s on December 7 and December 8.

But how many of these guys in the current lineup are likely to be playing ODIs for Pakistan in future... Not many. Waste of a series for the most part, in my opinion.

Developing a winning mentality is more important. The culture is changing slowly but surely.
