he hit 2 Sixes and 2 Boundaries through Extra cover after that. Your comment did nt age well
Yeah tbf I’m happy to be wrong.

It’s actually the first time in a long time where I saw him bat for a lengthy period in the last 3 games (plus PSL and NZ series to some extent). I just got the impression he wasn’t playing too freely or comfortably in that area.

I reckon Pakistan got everything they wanted out of this series. They have a good idea of what their best XI is and managed to test out some of the bench strength too. Now the key will be to keep playing this brand of cricket going into the T20 World Cup.

Good start for pakistan without riz/bar. Let's see how they Will performs against Top team's. :kp

They have a good idea yes..

Batting first they could have inflicted a lot more damage.

They are slowly getting to the point where they can target 230+ batting first against this kind of bowling on these types of tracks. That should be the aim.

Good whitewash by PAK. It's a good start to the new T20 era.

Granted, BD are the most talentless cricket nation in history.

But you still have to bury them and make a statement which PAK did to be fair.

Salman Ali Agha at the post-match presentation:

"This series victory is massive, and I'm incredibly proud of how the team performed. Most importantly, we played exactly the brand of cricket we've been striving for - this is our identity moving forward. Consistency in this approach game after game is what we're building towards.

We deliberately put ourselves under pressure situations, because that's how international cricket tests you. Chasing targets was part of that development process.

Since taking captaincy, my philosophy has been clear: while winning matters, my greater responsibility is developing match-winners like Haris, Saim and Hasan. If I can't help them reach that potential, I'll consider it a personal leadership failure. Creating multiple match-winners is my mission.

Hasan Nawaz has embraced his middle-order role brilliantly - he's a generational talent who just needs to maintain focus to become Pakistan's next big match-winner.

The fan support overwhelmed me. Despite hearing predictions of low turnout, Lahore's crowds came out in force - proving why this city is synonymous with passionate cricket fans. My heartfelt thanks to them, and I hope they'll keep rallying behind us."

That Haris knock should be a nail in Rizwan's T20I career

I'm more impressed by Agha as captain than Shaheen, Rizwan and Babar put together.

Seems to be better leadership material than all of them.

Should probably give him the ODI captaincy as well

Salman should be all format captain.

Very smart player.

He can open a restaurant chain.

Taste of Babar…
Their was a restraunt chain opened up by Shahid Afridi called Splice 15 years ago in Lahore.

I met Afridi their, but it shut down after literally 3 months. It got replaced by a Furniture store called Mohqam and mohqam exists to this day.

These boys dont know how to run restaurants. Its not as easy it looks. Restaurant is about consistency and quality control.

Babar cant do it on the field, how on earth will he do it for a restraunt?

Naseem needs to be dropped
Hassan ali
Shaheen
Abbas
Rauf
These should be front line pacers
Groom ali raza

The most impressive aspect was of the series was the approach and mindset of these young players to play fearless cricket and the impact Hesson and Salman have had in that regard in a short space of time.

These players also wanted to test themselves chasing which was refreshing to see.

Hesson is aiming to assemble a squad of match winners throughout the line up.

The additional two matches would of given the other squad members an opportunity and Hesson to assess the whole squad.

Bdw, most of the restaurants wind up their business within first 4-5 years. It is not as easy as it looks.
