This Test series will attract millions of revenue.

Some ideas from me:

1st Test: Lahore
2nd Test: Peshawar
3rd Test: Karachi (D/N)
 
Wouldn't it be great if this was the final deciding level in national team selection?
22 of the best talents playing it out in an upper echelon league in the domestic circuit. The word merit comes to mind.
 
This would be some game to be honest, can the PCB make this happen!!

I can picture Azhar Shafiq and company in tears at the prospects of a green mamba pitch.
 
Nice but sadly Pakistan's general awaam doesn't care about tests. PCB should organize more of such matches though in both formats (odis and t20s). I think odis will be a hit.

All depends on results. If Pakistani Test team start performing, the interest in Test Cricket will be back too. Remember that one week of #1 ranking? Everyone was talking about Test Cricket then.

Sorry wanted to write (both formats (odis and tests).

Yar bas result k hadd tk he thii talk. People didn't watch the test matches, they were just happy that Pak become no 1. When you talk with people generally they are lke, tu test match bhi dekhta hai. lol
 
T20s would be redundant because we already have an upper echelon t20 league that gives players an opportunity for getting selected based on merit. The PSL ensures that the best of the best talents make it to the national t20 team based on performances in pressure situations. Players have to perform in domestic t20 tournaments to get selected to PSL. Performing at many different levels makes sure that complete players come in our national team. Hussain Talat is a great example.

By the way what's the deal of our first class domestic system consisting a pool of 800 players? Why in cricket **** is mukhtar playing in our domestic first class league? Domestic first is retardedly watered down.
 
two thoughts:

1 If fit, Yasir will probably still be first choice spinner over Shadab
2. the B team will win almost guaranteed.
 
To select the team for England, this is what the selectors should have done during the IPL, rather than rely on some stupid fitness camp. Our players were sitting idle, let them compete for their space.

Only way to know who will win is by them playing each other. There are no 100% guarantees in if and but scenarios.

I agree Yasir is the first choice spinner. But it made sense to keep the current team that will play against England. I'm sure things will change after England series.

If it's a green pitch and match ends in 3-4 days, I think a lot of people would tune in. I would.

I would have Hamza over Junaid, and might actually try to find a place for Shaheen, or Wahab. Who technically is the ICCs highest rated Pakistani bowler at the moment. Would like to see the batsmen
face a bit of pace, even if it might be wayward and largely ineffectual.
 
The bowling attack in Team B is ATG level, just saying. Also, Team A batting is very very weak. Only Azhar is a test class batsman in that side. My bet is Team B will win.
 
If Pakistan A is the first choice team, then Yasir should be in Pakistan A.

He is injured that is why he is not on this tour, otherwise the selectors would have picked him over shadab.

I would enjoy watching that match more so than Pak playing other other Test opponent

and like most have said, Yasir should definitely be in Team A. The only reason he isn't in England is because of injury

I think if you make a team C it has to be all players under 23 or some ridiculous age limit. Just to build something for the future.

The batting in my team A is more solid compared to team B, but team B has alot more depth and is also alot more explosive. I couldn't find a good second keeper and had to make do with Rizwan who isn't a good batsman at all.

I took Umar as the second keeper and as an opener. I fancy him in that role where he can attack without much pressure. I would also try to find a place for Sadaf and mohamed asif.

Ur A team has all left hand bats and B team has all left arm Pacers. Coincidence?
 
Not sure if Umar, Sadaf, Asif can pass the 17.5 fittest test. Can't select them if they can't.
