Very poor performaces by asad , azhar and harris in the away matches. Babar has been relatively better and consistent. Shadab has 3 fifties in 6 matches.

Awful but not surprising numbers.

This shows how poor Pakistan's batting resources are and have been and how much they relied in Misbah and Younis.

But let's kick out Shan Masood, Shadab Khan, Rizwan . . and also, keep rotating the others till we find a messiah like Babar who is able to play for Azhar and Asad as well

We need the table since misyou retired as the dynamic of the team totally changed then

Surprised there is no Hafeez in that list, was expecting him to be near the top?

For those who say Misbah was a liability to the team before he retired those figures say all we need to know .

Decent figures from Shan , babar, and even Shadab!

Poor from the rest .

Very disappointed to see that Usman Salahuddin not get another game after his only test against England in 2018. He really should have been given a decent run . Hopefully he gets back in again , as he is just 29.

Averages of 24 and 21 away are atrocious. You have to drop both. Shafiq's average of 24 is even misleading, scoring soft useless runs.

Surprised to see Shan up there right below Younas, Misbah & Babar. Just goes to show people who want him out of the team have absolutely no clue what they are talking about.

Shadab actually has 3 fifties and 2 innings of 45+ in his 6 matches.

You keep:

Shan Masood 38.06
Babar Azam 38.85
Mohammad Rizwan 36.16
Shadab Khan 33.33

......and you discard

Asad Shafiq 24.96
Haris Sohail 23.00
Azhar Ali 21.29
Iftikhar Ahmed 11.00

If you are as old as Shafiq, Haris, Azhar and Iftikhar, but you can't even average 25, then it's pointless persisting with you.
