Pakistan Fans, Honest Question: How would you feel if Babar Azam & Mohammad Rizwan were to make their return to the Pakistani side?

Rizwan as a T20I cricketer is finished. The game has moved on and he doesn't have ability to reinvent his game for modern T20I

Babar has the talent to adapt but I do not think he has the mindset to go hard. When in pressure he will revert to type. I do not think Pakistan should go back to him even if youngsters fail.

I know, people will hype him because he scored a century in t20s but ODI is a different ball game. Not sure Haris is gonna stay relevant in ODIs but anyway.

I don’t think Harris will even succeed in T20s let alone ODIs. They need to scout someone from first class level.

Why do we need a no 4 batters as a keeper?

Why can't we have agha become a no 4, a position in which he 100% belongs and have haris bat at no 7 as a finisher role?
 
I don't expect Rizwan and Babar to return to international T20. Pakistan seemed to have moved on from them in T20 format.

Pakistan's top 6 in T20 should be --> Farhan, Saim, Fakhar, Haris, Hassan Nawaz, Agha.

So, no room for Rizwan and Babar.

I think it's all about getting most of the players.Agha should be batting at 4 and Hassan at 5 then you need someone who can get quick runs and that should be Haris.

Yes and Shadab should bat at 7 and not in the top 5 like he wants to.
 
They are not coming back...not now. They need to be on merit for this. Although merit and PCB works different but we don't need hype and gut feeling to select them again.
 
M haris doesnt avg more than 30 in any form of cricket. Be it domestic or intl. Odi, list a, fc, t20s, t20i. Everywhere he avg less than 20. Afridi avd 23 with higher sr and he was criticised alot for it and he was also a bowler, a very good bowler. And now we want haris in odis without any reason.

Everyone talks about merit here so if u really wanna have someone in team then it should be haseebullah in odis. He played good odi cricket in domestics and deserves his chance ahead of haris. T20s arent his firmat and he need to be tested in his best format and that is odis.

Let haris play t20s for now

The legend of Hasebullah who Averages 0 in international odi wah ji wah.

I've seen his strike rate, and his technique in fc, hes rubbish.

Averaging 50 in list A against the attacks he averages against isnt anything special. Has always been rubbish in psl, was rubbish in the Champions one day cup which featured our players who actually represent our team etc etc.

Get off cricinfo and actually use your brain for once. He is basically shan masood 2.0 except has rizwan level strike rate slow speed since shan still tries to bazzball in tests and has failed mostly but on occasions has scored a few rapid fire 50's and in extremely rare occasions rapid fire 100's in test.

Shan Masood avg avg 58 in List A pre debut. Yet anyone who watched him would know hes far far worse then the likes of saim ayub who averages 44 in list A.

Yes I want to replace Rizwan at number 4 with a proper batsman.

Ideally either one of Agha, Nawaz, Tayyab, Kamran

Don’t mind anyone. They should be a proper middle order batsmen, not someone’s darling like Rizwan is.

And then you put Harris as your keeper+bat at number 6 or 7.
