It's 23.22 for Zulfi but yeah, Imad is not good. But if Imad was on the squad, he wouldn't play as a specialist spinner but as a all-arounder as he can bat pretty well. 41.91 average in FC so far.

Pakistan wins despite of the most pathetic captain as the opposition was more pathetic to say the least. How T20 has destroyed them is now fully evident, years of playing in IPL and CPL and the result is total disaster.

I myself was fearful of Pakistan's performances going downhill nut after seeing WI today as well T20 series, ICC now needs some kind of operation into their sports board to save the game there.
