If not them exactly. We need a Chariman like Perez and a Coach like Ancelotti.

A Chairman as direct, competitive, ruthless and business minded like Perez.

Who will not even flinch before bidding farewell to the best of the best players when the time comes.

Who will use his business skills to develop cash flow avenues and directly invest the profit back into Pakistan Cricket by building and renovating Stadium, getting the infrastructure for domestic and grassroot Cricket ready, hiring the best staff to work directly with up and coming players, etc.

Who will not accept anything lesser than a high standard.

Who will prepare for a Galactico generation that can potentially go on and rule World Cricket for years to come.

A Coach as experienced, as well respected, man manager and a thinker of a game like Ancelotti.

Who will use his plentiful experience to set direction for the new players and in return players will respect him for it.

Who will use his man management skills to unite all different individuals together under one flag and emblem. To make players alert and wanting to get a chance to perform and not take things for granted.

Who will make strategic plans and tactical decisions with enough experience and calmness behind him that upon completion of the said plan, he will not panic one bit.

Yeah, that would work if you also allow PCB to buy players from other countries.

Perez and Carlo will struggle to finish top 10 in La Liga if they only have to rely on players coming through the ranks at Real Madrid.

Carlo works best with supremely talented players. We have mediocre talent. We need a Tony Pulis or a Big Sam....

A more realistic option would be Younis Khan. I think he would be a good choice.

Next what? MaLcolm narshall?

Nobody can save this team until the dosti yaari and inside fighting among gangs is stopped. Bring people on merit. Take harsh decisions even if you have to remove your best players, remove them if they are not performing. Hype is not going to win games for this team.

Bring managers who know about cricket and management. No political influence should be allowed in sports.
