Bng A 48/2 now.

Faisal gets his 3rd..must credit Ijaz Ahmed to dumping him in his under 19 days...

Bangladesh battering the pakistani pacers now dont think we are winning this one

Pathetic bowling from Abbas Afridi and Imran. Eased out all the pressure for Bangla batter.

Mohammad Haris did his job upfront with his 32 on 18 balls.

Omair is playing a handy knock here and should take shaheens home needing 43 off 45 balls now.

Not really 3 wickets have gone in over..7 down 19 needed as i said typical Pak

This series has put an end to all the shouting fans who thought we selected the dosti yari players instead of real talent in the T20 worldcup. The fact is both those dosti yari players and domestic legends are equally worse and infact the dosti yari group is still marginally better than them.

It's an excuse. They are plastic fans

Pakistan Shaheens clinched their fourth win in the Top End T20 series when they defeated Bangladesh ‘A’ by three wickets at the TIO Stadium in Darwin on Friday evening

This was Shaheens’ third successive win after they had beaten Tasmania and Melbourne Renegades by five and four wickets, respectively.

Chasing 142 to win, Shaheens’ opening pair of Mohammad Haris and Sahibzada Farhan provided a brisk start as they stitched a 47-run partnership for the first wicket of just 34 balls.

Right-handed batter Haris was the first to return to the pavilion after scoring 32 off 18 balls, smashing two fours and three towering sixes. Farhan was dismissed after scoring 17 off 21 balls, which included one boundary.

Abdul Faseeh contributed just nine as Shaheens were 65 for three in 8.3 overs. Omair Bin Yousuf and Usman Khan then got together to add crucial 46 runs for the fourth wicket.

After Usman’s (19b, 16, 1x4) departure, Mubasir (two off five), Omair (37, 29b, 3x4s, 1x6) and Mohammad Abbas Afridi (nought) fell in quick succession leaving Shaheens 123 for seven in 17 overs.

Muhammad Irfan Khan and Jahandad Khan helped Shaheens achieve the target with eight balls to spare.

Earlier, after opting to bowl first, Shaheens restricted Bangladesh ‘A’ to 141 for five courtesy a three-fer by left-arm wrist spinner Faisal Akram. Faisal ended with match figures of 4-0-10-3 including 15 dot balls whereas Abbas and Mubasir snapped a wicket each.

For Bangladesh ‘A’, Mahfuzur Rahman Rabby and Shamim Hossain knitted an unbroken 83-run partnership for the sixth wicket. Mahfuzur scored 41 off 32 balls, which included five fours and a six, while Shamim top-scored for his side with a 38-ball 44, hitting five fours.

Pakistan Shaheens will now take on ACT Comets in their next match tomorrow at the DXC Arena.

Scores in brief:

Pakistan Shaheens won by three wickets

Bangladesh ‘A’ 141-5, 20 overs (Shamim Hossain 44 not out, Mahfuzur Rahman Rabby 41 not out, Parvez Hossain Emon 27; Faisal Akram 3-10)

Pakistan Shaheens 143-7, 18.4 overs (Omair Bin Yousuf 37, Mohammad Haris 32)

Abu Haider Rony still playing in the 'High Performance' even after playing for like 10 years LOL. From the BD squad only Jishan Alam and Parvez Emon seems good.

No one wants to accept the ground reality. Throwing around random names is not the solution to our woes.

Our players are behind current international cricket standards and the jump from our FC cricket to national level is massive. These players are not to be blamed when the entire culture is rotten to the core.

LOL playing Azam Khan is the worst one can do, I mean there is a thing called basics. Azam does not even meet basis standards. Also playing Shadab Khan was a massive blunder, he did not even bowl more then 2 overs in a couple of games.

Pakistan Shaheens vs Bangladesh A Match Highlights

This was one of the worst pieces of running I have ever seen? Wth was that?

Other then that the only people who impressed me was Omair ans Shabzada Farhan.

Farhan didn't kick off but he was actually playing genuine cricketing shots and has the technical prowess to be international material same with Omair bin Yousaf.

Haris I want as a no 7, Pakistan desperately needs a player who is willing to attack from the get go at that no, and no more of these fraud chachu's.

The rest didn't impress me, Usman Khan doesn't have the technique to survive, and while haris is a hack, Haris seems more utility,

Abdul Faseeh is terrible lol

HAHAHAHAHAHA.

Yes Shadab, Chacha, azam khan, Usman Khan and Saim Ayub were the real talents indeed 🤣🤣.

Come off it mate.

No one thinks pakistan is a world class team, their a mid class average team but when people like salman Ali Agha, Saud shakeel, Abrar etc are sidelined because the excuses range from

Saud is too slow, Agha has poor t20 stats hence shadab our best allrounder is needed then all credibility is lost.

Yes your champion Tayyab Tahir has also been such a revelation on this tour.

Saud is too slow and Agha does have poor stats.

We are a rubbish team and the upcoming talent is much worse than the current team.

Brother save the act and just say the words babar and rizwan.

No need to hide behind azam khan and use the word CURRENT TEAM to justify what you wanna say.

How has this series put an end to anything? It’s a list A tournament in alien conditions for a new, youngish side. They haven’t been thrown into the deep end yet against a full international side, who the pakistan main team clearly are struggling to compete with.

In this game, Mohammad Harris showed more intent as an opener than Babar and Rizwan ever have in their careers. So what kind of end are you on about?

Yeah we will try and accept it when you give a new team without the core of current players a full run (2 years) and then we can compare.

Because pakistani fans want instant results, No patience.

If Travis Head was in Pakistan he wouldn't have ever seen the light of day, Because pakistani fans are seeing the Travis of now and not the Travis of Old.

Another issue is the domestic structure is cheap. In Australia they'll discard Travis head in a heartbeat the moment they find a better opener. This motivates Travis to be the best of the best but also motivated domestic young guns to be the best of the best.

It doesn't apply in pakistan where Mein Khush nahi hoon tactics are applicable.
