Just reading Mitchell starc comments on Arthur that Aussies are more closer group since Arthur put out of job. Similarly, teams do target the opponents best players or captain verbally ahead of match.

This aspect is completely missing in Pakistan team. Neither on the field nor in press conference we target the opponents mind.

We should learn it

Our players just take more pressure by such statements and start making schoolboy errors

How have these mind games and statements worked for us in respect to playing India in World Cup? Terribly is the answer

The last time someone in our team tried to play mind games was Sohail Khan 2 years ago at the World Cup. We all know how that turned out

Mind games are not Pakistan cup of tea at the moment. It will make things worse for them..

Play quietly like SA and win the series. If you will try to get into their skin, it will give them a reason to perform up to their 100%....

It's a test of Mickey Arthur's maturity. He can't be seen ranting and raving when things are tough out there during the series

Ask Stuart Broad and Vern Philander.

Just turn up and swing the Ball, and these Aussies veer towards anything from 60 all out to 85 all out.

Those two performances were down to seam bowling not swing. And we're not playing at Hobart.

No yaar there's no need for impressions of Alex Ferguson or Jose Mourinho.

Just get on with working in the nets to solve our weaknesses against short ball and lateral movement.

We should however if provoked stand our ground and not be afraid to chirp back if any verbals come our way.

A pre-requisite to playing mind games is having a mind in the first place. Majority of our players are lacking in that department.

Australian batting line up is extremely fragile with out of form players. But I thinks they will come back to form.

Anderson recent statement reading his mind aloud regarding kohli. Pakistan players afraid to do so against any opponent

You actually need proper assertive personalities to pull this off.

Can't even imagine Azhar or Shafiq saying smth like that in the presser.
