Looks like Mickey wants Azhar at 3. The batting order will most probably look like:

Sami
Shehzad
Azhar
Asad
Babar
Haris/Usman
Sarfraz

This will be pretty disappointing from Mickey if he moves Azhar down to 3. There is no need for it.

For those who are saying that Sarfraz is also responsible for batting position shuffles and all. This interview was taken at the start of August, the time when Mickey and Sarfraz barely had any discussion about test team.

I hope that he realizes his mistake like he did after first match of Champions Trophy and took the responsibility of playing Wahab ahead of Junaid. And there onwards, he has not played Wahab in LOIs yet. Hope he takes the responsibility of shuffling too and fron next match onwards, play the right batsmen and arrange the right batting order.
