Really sad news. An outstanding leader who took India from the brink of bankruptcy to a global powerhouse with economic growth rates that were the envy of the world. A highly intelligent man and a gentle, kind soul. A real moderate who genuinely cared for people and did not discriminate. India, and the world at large, needs leaders like him today.
