This would be my XI.

Shan Masood
Abdullah Shafique
Azhar Ali
Babar Azam
Fawad Alam
Saud Shakeel
Mohammad Rizwan
Mohammad Wasim JR / Mohammad Abbas
Shaheen Shah
Naseem Shah
Sajid Ali

I would play 3 pacers on Pindi pitch. Don't trust Wasim JR with the bat to fill Faheem Ashraf's shoes as an AR so I would go with a batter. Time for Saud to make a debut. I'm sure Fawad, Azhar, and Babar can be the 5th bowler if needed.

I also don't know how is Mohammad Abbas's bowling and fitness like these days. But if he is bowling well I would play him with Naseem and Shaheen.

Who is sajid ali? lol

Well, a lot of people said the Aussies would not come but they are here.

Send them home with their tails between their legs. :ssmith

Lets go Pakistan! :pkflag

Totally agree PSL performances should only be criteria for T20 internationals. Maybe Dhani can be successful in longer formats but why take a risk as we did with Naseem. Naseem also should play more domestic cricket & he would have played the Pakistan cup if Hassan & Rauf weren't injured.

He had a good domestic season & A team tour before PSL. So it's better to give him another chance& see where his progress stands.

I hope you're right. I didn't follow Naseem in first-class cricket in the last year, so hopefully he has improved a lot. Dhani would have had the same amount of first-class experience had he not been dragged with the team without being given a chance, as was true of Abdullah Shafique for a year or so, when he was just carrying drinks. Let them play first-class cricket instead of wasting time at a crucial juncture of their development. So we see a lot of Dhani traveling with the team, and then playing T-20s, but not even the world cup. How does that enlighten us as to what he is capable of doing, and how does that contribute to his development. Why don't they make long-term plans for development once they identify emerging talent?
