Pakistan v Bangladesh | Match 43, World Cup | 5th July, 2019 | Lords's | Bangladesh innings

This used to be the phase where Hasan used to pick up wickets for us in CT and before that as well.

He has been a big miss for us in this WC.

Wonder what happened to him.
 
Really like Liton Das. Id be very disappointed if he went through his career without being to raise his average to around the 40s.

Slap on the face of all those calling him rubbish after that Afghan warm up. He's 19...
 
first thing in limited cricket we need to do after world cup is find a good spinner...shadab has failed we need someone who can bat too
 
BD should see off Shaheen if they want to chase this total down. Go for other bowlers.
 
The difference in the bowling quality is so apparent now that Shaheen has come in after Shadab.
 
Other than taking few key wickets in the WC Shadab hasnt been consistent at all.

All three members of the selfie squad (Shadab, Hassan and Faheem) have deteriorated so much. This is what happens when you focus on swag rather than cricket.

Azhar Mahmood must be given credit for slower deliveries, he used to be quite good at it.

Good point, but compare him to Imad who isn’t even a proper spinner and he’s been worse.
 
Considering hassan and maliks form over the past 12 months Pakistan made a mistake by starting with them ahead of haris and shaheen.
Shaheen was our only fast bowler who picked up wickets in the last year or so

Are you kidding me? Afghanistan has caused trouble for major teams due to their spinners.

and do not forget Chahal and Kuldeep

Chahal and Kuldeep has also been average this WC to be honest and so has Rashid Khan and Adil Rashid.

Mujeeb and Nabi have been impressive tho.
 
Shaheen and Babar are the two most willing learners in this side. They are very focussed. Go n see their Instagrams m sure they are not very active.

Shadab needs to play some domestic and Zafar Gohar can be the lead spinner in my opinion in LOIs and support spinner in tests in UAE.

Amir deserves credit as well.
 
shaheen bowls too many slower balls and losing his seam position when he tries to bowl regular speed. Needs to work hard on his seam position and swing.

Shadab should bat at no. 6 in tests hes shown potential for the format. Plus bowling long spells where batsmen will not attack him as much might help his bowling
 
I really hope Shaheen doesn’t go down the same path as Amir did. He’s showing great potential.
 
Shaheen has turned his bowling around and become the best bowler of our lineup imo even surpassed Amir.
 
BD should try to see off Shaheen. Very dangerous bowler. I consider him more dangerous than Amir.
 
Shakib has been the Don Bradman of this tournament with 100 average and if we include his bowling he has been masterclass. Someone should make an appreciation thread for this lad.

Either way I am right. Pakistan are out now unless a semifinalist team forfeits. For a lot of pakistani fans I guess any team that does not forfeit is cheating.

Seems like full fledged bd team is worse than there B team .Alot of bd arrogant fan are hiding today .The streak is going to over 😭😭😭😭

Only on spinning Tracks and that too mostly Off spinners not leg spinners

Rashid 50/1 In Against PAKISTAN and Not only Against PAKISTAN He wasn't good in The whole tournament
apart from India First match Against South Africa Kuldeep and Chahal Hasnt performed on the same level .
Gone for 160/1 In 20 Against England.
Chahal last match against Bangladesh 50/1 .
Against PAKISTAN chahal 53/0 in 7 overs
England Adil Rahsid Also Has no Notable performance
So any other notable performance .
And as for Wickets Shadab Is picking Important wickets

Lmao, you dont have to be a dangerous bowler to bowl against BD batsman. Stuart Binny once destroyed BD.

Sorry to say but Bangladesh is simply just not a professional team.

I told you with little bit of training and application any US baseball team can smoke this team in T20.
