It is often not easy for every batsman to chip in with a 30/40 odd especially in ODIs. Some batsman needs to stay in for at least somewhat longer and make one or 2 big partnerships.

If YK's been dropped, that's a strong bold decision. YK needs to leave limited overs cricket. He has been a part of so many collapses in the past. I know he can dominate spin bowling but we need good fresh players to replace him. Shafiq needs to establish himself. Every time he plays a 30 or 40, we see some promise in him. But he needs to establish himself by making some big score.
