ajmal actually bowled really well in bowling as well as batting. He just managed to muck that up with three dropped catches. If Pakistan had won, they'd probably have to make him man of the match.

Indeed, what Pakistan really needed was for their spinners to get some rhythm with a good spell in the middle, as England's did, to keep the runs down as England chased a modest target. Asif does not look match fit, and he continues to bowl the length which can easily be dispatched. Same goes with Razzaq, he really does look his age now, but his batting can be explosive.

After the hammering against Australia, Hafeez has lost confidence, I don't know if he should have been bowled or not, perhaps Fawad should have bowled instead.

Sami for Asif. Its really changing like for like, but atleast Sami looks match fit.
Hammad for Fawad. Worth the gamble really.

run rate is only -0.240. So Pakistan still has a chance.

Best chance is now for England to win other two matches too. I don't think that will happen though.

England really should have taken this chance to get a really high run rate with all those wickets in hand. They didn't though.

Pakistan has always been unpredictable. Lose to minnow and beat the champion in the next day. Consistent is what you don't find in Pakistan team dictionary.

Even with the pathetic captaincy, but we still can have faith in the team. After all, it's the team that has won the WC T20 2009.

Such an over emotional response. Pakistan have lost 3 main players from last world cup. Malik, Younis and Gul. They didn't even get a chance to find the right lineup after these losses. We were always going to be reliant on a few players to really deliver.

The team is still alive, the coach and captain just have to make some brave changes, because three games with this lineup and strategy has clearly shown it's not really working.

Catching and Fielding though.....lol......thats like the lottery.

1) Pakistan came from a Dramatic Last day so they didnt have much of regrouping time.

2) Ijaz Butt the donkey head is here to see Both Pak women and Pak men loose today as it happened as of now.

3) Misfit players specially Fawad Alam and Asif.

i was just hearing a post match discussion on Geo SUper where Shoaib Akhtar said, we need to regroup and Pakistan always performed when its do or die situation and now Pakistan is in do or die situation.

Things to look for:

1) Fawad and Asif shuld b dropped. Hammad Azam and Sami to be in.

2) Pakistan must not chase against newzealand in case they win toss.

3) Pakistan should bring Afridi at No.3 or No.4 Spot so we can accelerate more score .... Hafeez at 4 can b okay as well.

4) Pakistan must not loose hope because if today Nz Beats SA and Pak beat NZ on Sat .. followed by Eng do a Miricle against SA then monday match for SA is just a dead rubber.

Gul is a loss, i really don't think Arafat is a loss. We didn't have him in the last world t20 either.

We have to do best with whatever we have. Good team performance can cover for the losses. New Zealand does very well in international cricket, and they have far less talent then Pakistan, because they play as team, know their roles and stick to them.
