He has gone a bit overboard today even by his usual standards.

Some unreal hyping. Best ever.

And seems like he has ditched Umar Akmal.

His love for Umar has never been the same since he got married.

Haris's last 3 dismisals have been hit from middle of bat but just awesome catches

Now look hes gone.

No doubt hes got talent and potential but no need to be hyping him up to surreal levels yet

Opportunity missed by Haris, getting starts but not carrying on.

It seems like most posters here never seen glorious days of fast bowling when Lee,Akhtar,Tait,Bond etc were regularly clicking over 150 KPH and batsmans were beating the hell out of them too. :yk

Who smashed bond?

He averaged 16 against Australia in their prime

How come Sarfaraz's good test form is carrying in to a t20 game? An answer for all those guys who have been asking not to pick players in ODIs just because they performed well in tests.

People doubting Haris don't know much about him. That's the only justification.

Unlucky harris, apart from the first ball yorker he looked comfortable out there

Once Bullet Drive starts hyping a Pak batsman that player is headed for failure. Already feel sorry for this overweight bloke. On the contrary the players that he ignores go on to become solid players, Sarfaraz, Shafiq, Ali etc. The curse of Bullet Drive is real.

I take it Bradman's innings has come to an end.

Would like to see him in longer formats though.

my two bits:
1 - stable at crease
2 - can rotate the strike
3 - the stance makes his vulnerable to lbw and potentially legside hacks

i would put him in place of fawad.

Stop with this nonesense. Dismissals are dismissals. We all know about his talent and potential but he needs to find gaps rather than fielders.

Rubbish batsman

Not CLH/RCLH

FAILURE

Regards,
A typical naive fan who says the same about Umar Amin.

Can't believe you said that.

He has been playing ODIs in Tests as well so it was obvious that he will do well in T20s.

Younis has shown nothing to suggest that he's ready to perform in ODIs.

Sarfaraz is probably the most exciting batsman Pak has produced in the last 10 years or so. He has given this boring Pak lineup some life.

Disappointed with Sohail but looked solid. Could have played selfishly like other plays and blocked, but he isn't like that

haven't seen a more pathetic commentator than rameez in terms of knowledge about domestic players

He is a complete batsman. Mentored by Malik.

We have been bringing Haris up long before his debut. It is not a knee jerk to this innings.

Just go through the archives. The only disappointment is/was his fitness.

Adams miline vs Junior would have been a magnificent contest TBH

he is a class act

Just listen to what you just said in your post..
exactly brother, that's what I am saying, so the test form can be looked at when deciding who to pick in Odis? right?

farrukhshahzad: "Sarfraz has displaced 3 Akmals in a year - Kamran in ODIs then Adnan in tests and now Umar in T20"

:)))

Depends on your performance. A classical Test knock is no indication, but scoring run a ball 100s shows your range and ability to bat at a high strike rate and adjust to ODIs.

I just get the feeling that umar dont give a crap about domestic lol

We need them kitchen sinks now :D would be an epic finish

This chota Akmal is great.

Not too long ago people were writing him off because he flunked in domestic season and here he has absolutely no bother at all.
