Its still the best by a mile, but the standard has fallen big time. If you can afford then a private Medical College like RMC is a better option in terms of teaching quality and facilities etc.

Private Medical College Semester fees are sky rocketing, can't afford it unless you're rich!
But I love Peshawer University, Would complete my M.Phil there once my Masters is finished!
