NZ have been uncharacteristically sloppy in the field in this series.

Fakhar is the main man in odi’s. Rizwan main man in t20’s. Babar a liability in all formats as unable to judge pitch or the situation and is poor when under pressure.
 
Why Pakistanis try to play unconventional shots when they are not very good with them. Stop giving away free wickets always.
 
Very good innings from Rizwan.

His standards have slipped lately and i'm hoping losing his test place was the kick he needed to get back to his best. He has secured his place for the next ODI series.
 
Rizwan has played beautifully all set up for pakistan to attack the remaining overs to go get 320 plus

Man cricket is so condition based bad pitch and batsmen look like tailenders and mediocre bowlers look like warne. That’s why I loved Asif and warne they could bowl anywhere regardless of conditions
 
100 for fakhar, needs to bat rest off inns and get 150 here.

Poor from Fakhar. Why pick close singles when you can’t run? Should have just looked for big shots after the injury

Hang on- I was going to say that if babar had played this innings and got out- 101 of 122 it would be called selfish .

Lazy selfish Fakhar Zaman. Knew he was going to get out immediately after scoring a self serving hundred where he didn't cash in to score a big one for the team, story of his career. One hundred followed by a string of low scores

That was a key wicket in the game I feel. I hate it when batters get out without going for it!

No it wouldn't but had he played it at the sr of 60 then yes

Never take on Glenn Phillips when he is in the 30 yard circle. Releases the ball fast and accurate. Creates wickets from nothing.

The only player who isn’t selfish in this team lol but he has Brain fades he should have just gone for big shots

Funnily enough, one of the greatest ODIs I've ever seen was at this ground - the 2004 match between Pakistan and India.

The atmosphere came through even on the television and was almost hysterical - have never heard anything like it since in Pakistan.

Very poor game awareness from Fakhar. He could easily have accelerated but lost his Wicket to a run out. Runout is the most ridiculous way to get out. A hundred which doesn’t end well is no good. This is precisely where Indians do well, they seldom get out after milestones . Kohli is because of his hundreds being daddy 100’s.
