Personally I've always found deliveries with low bounce (near ankle) tougher than the ones which are over knee roll

Dunno why most subcontinental batsmen find it easier to play delivered which keep so low

I believe it's subject of their height.

In subcontinental Avg height is what, around 5"7 5"8. That's why it's easy for them. Specially for short man like Asad.

This is probably the first Test they've seen.

Pakistan are going at 3.10 RR - tomorrow with the likes of Babar Azam and Safraz to come, they can easily bump the rate up to 3.5-4 RPO and get 600.

I was clearly also referring to his innings and not to him as a batsman, although the innings is obviously an extension of his batsmanship.

You might think that his innings was slow, but in actuality he batted at a faster rate than the overall RR and managed to finish unbeaten.

Did you even watch the match? He played some absolutely lovely shots down the ground and off the back foot. He batted at an impressive sr and was timing the ball beautifully. In the last 10 overs he was struggling with cramps and was trying to get through the day unbeaten.

Some of his shots were beautiful.
