Smith in tests is leagues > Lara, Sobers and Sachin.

His avg is higher and his country by country record against top teams is better this too in a bowling era and the fact that he hasnt faced many minnows.

Sachin avg falls to 51 if you remove his horrific stat pads vs Bangladesh and Zimbabwe.
