This isnt a test match, you should be looking at his List A stats and not his FC averages.

In List A Mansoor has been quite decent. He has taken 108 wkts @ 29.96, in 2008 he's taken 17 wkts @ 28.82.

His batting isnt too shabby either, 1078 runs @ 23.95 avg overall and 218 runs @ 31.14 (excluding not outs) in 2008.
