If there is no International Cricket in Pakistan between Nov and Feb, then unfortunately there will be no International Cricket in Pakistan period...Very few can play in blistering summer of Pakistan even not in August and September...I remember once Imran Khan did not play against Aussies in Pakistan in September, saying that Pakistani International Cricket Season should start after there is slightly less heat in October and just to give Aussies practice before Kangaroos start their International Cricket Season, Pakistan should not offer such appeasing tours...
