Asif Ali only did one thing of note in his career, and that the 24 runs in that over vs Afghan in t20 world cup. It was outstanding on his end, but to be fair bowler Jannat is not a good bowler, and bowled some bad balls as well. Im sure their is better hitters in Pakistan Than Asif Ali. Asif Ali has the power came, but needs to work on his game, if he wants to be a consistent finisher for Pakistan

Concerned that Haider is going the Umar Akmal way i.e. premeditating to hit everything towards the leg-side.

I haven't seen him much, but from what I have seen, every other shot he plays seems to be a legside hack.

He does look very hesitant to play towards the off. Even there, you saw how we cleared his front-leg, right?

All I am saying that in the beginning, he was a fine off-side player as well... over the course of time, and probably due to largely playing T20s, he has become very leg-side heavy. He's limiting his own range of shots.

Still on the fence regarding Haider as he treads a fine line between Umar Akmal's brainlessness and Babar Azam's class veneering either way from ball to ball, but considering the form he was in, I just wish we had played him in the WC instead of uncles Hafeez and Malik.
