It is the same. For any "official" result in a 50 over game, minimum 20 overs per side must be bowled. Maybe you are thinking 20/20, because then it is minimum 5 overs per side.

WI aren't playing ODIs v Aus or any ODIs before the September cut off for that matter.

If Bang do well against Ind and/or SA, Pakistan inshallah can still go ahead of WI by winning a game or two against SL inshallah, in which WI will miss out on the CT

Win the series against SL and we are inshallah guaranteed through to CT I think.

Win 1 or 2 games and we still may be able to sneak through, depending on Bang v Ind and Bang v SA inshallah.

Win nothing against SL and we are pretty much out of the CT

Are you joking? The had a big opening partnership going and not even the threat of a wicket. Reduced overs would have been a disaster. A loss would have been a disaster, but a no result makes no impact. We stay on 87.

This was the best possible outcome the way the match was going.
