I have constantly seen that our players just struggle to time their shots when the bowlers take the pace off.

What work has been done behind the scenes to work on this problem?

What can the players do work on this weakness?

This is the biggest problem I see with the players. They keep holing the slower ball short of a length deliveries, bouncers straight to the fielders on the boundary.

There should be a national emergency to deal with this problem. You cannot not be able to put these deliveries away for fours and sixes otherwise the opposition pacers will ruthlessly bowl these deliveries to you.

Just the slower balls?

I lost count on how many times our batsmen played premeditated defensive shots on full tosses just to get to the other end.

When they can’t put away the good balls they can’t afford to take singles on crap balls, unfortunately it happens far too often.

Because they get Wasim Dhani and co feed gun barrell half volleys from the galli's to the nets. And they smoke them to all corners.

There's no variety shown while bowling, and rest said about th3 clowns that call themselves batters.

People need to appreciate the England think tank, the quality of preparation they did vis a vis our batting line up, the line, length to bowl to all our players, the use of variations, where to put the fielders in the circle and on the boundary to minimize the scoring rate and maximize catching opportunities on the boundary. Overall they took full advantage of our batsmens inability to play 270-360 degree cricket.

Pakistan's domestic cricket structure is not good enough at the moment to iron out all these issues.

Same old problem yet again. Give these guys a million dollars each and they still won't be able to solve the problem.
