Looking forward to all of Shaan's movies. Especially Yalghaar. He's Pakistan's Jason Statham.

Pak movies are now much more pleasant on the eye but we still lack good screenplay to captivate the audience. There are no major stars either which is why TV anchors like the terrible Shahrukh Khan wannabe Sahir Lodhi play lead roles. We also have model's or drama actor's trying to make it on the big screen that is totally unconvincing for the viewer. Need proper movie stars to take the industry to the next step. At the moment there is really only Shaan Shahid who passes the grade.

Most, if not all of these movies will be awful. Pakistan needs a movie to revolutionize our film industry like what Citizen Kane did to Hollywood. Right now all our movies have awful screenplays, cheesy dialogue and too many cliches. We need to think outside the box and make something different. I wonder if good movies will appeal to the general Pakistani audience though.any of these actors and actresses are pretty bad too.

Citizen Kane did what?It didn't even get many oscars,it wasn't until 15 years later that it got recognition,it was a boxoffice flop.

In terms of what it did for hollywood ,except change the chronological flow of the story?There are many movies which capture boxoffice success along with the country's imagination that change movie industries over time,always been that way.

Gone with the wind,Its a wonderful Life are among those two,and Pakistan already has Khuda Ke liye was a very good "critical" film but it needs a film which captures the local audience and stays with them,which from what I hear Pakistan used to make till 60's.

I agree. Some of them however, are not too shabby. Like most of Shaan's movies or any movie that Shoaib Mansoor directs.
