1) CHUPAN CHUPAI (4.5/5)

Star Cast: Ahsan Khan, Neelum Munir, Faizan Khwaja, Adnan Jaffar, Talat Hussain, Rehan Sheikh, Javed Sheikh, Ali Rizvi, Sakina Samo, Saife Hassan etc.

This movie was the least promoted one but still did extremely well that too at a 30 percent occupancy due to other films being released a week earlier to it.

My personal experience was also very great, it has great songs, amazing actors, a wonderful storyline, and a jaw dropping climax. The pre-interval is witty but quite slow, after the interval, the movie gets really pacey and extremely hilarious, something you'd like to watch again and again.

2) ****** (3.5/5)

Star Cast: Hareem Farooq, Ali Rehman Khan, Ahmed Ali Akbar, Usman Mukhtar etc.

My second choice would be ******, it has got some good wit, above average songs, the movie was highly promoted.

What was disappointing was that all the best scenes were almost put into the trailer which left the film with some dim content, the story line was something you'd seen a million time before but still enjoyable with a group of friends. It did contain scenes that would make you laugh every now and then, when you're about to get bored.

3) ARTH 2 (3/5)

Shaan Shahid, Humaima Mallick, Mohib Mirza, Uzma Hassan, Yasir Hussain.

Again, expectations were high, a lot was invested in promotions, but the movie failed to reach its hype.

The story is good, a well directed and most importantly a well acted movie, the songs also did justice but one can call it another drama, another love story etc. as their was nothing new to watch out for that felt fresh.

4) Rangreza (3/5)

Bilal Ashraf, Gohar Rasheed, Uwra Hocane, Saleem Miraj, Ghana Ali, Seema Pasha, Alyzeh Gabol etc.

Another overhyped movie, and another failure at box office.

A fairly directed movie that had a lot more potential then it did. To blame are the actors, directors but the producers did put in some good amount of money however, Bilal Ashraf seemed not to be made for this, whilst Gohar Rasheed did pretty well. Urwa Hocane too didn't really felt her character.
