Once again due to poor team selection, playing players on non-merit selection has cost Pakistan another series. I agree SAF played better cricket in the test series, but in white ball, I personally feel if we had better team selection/combination we could have easily beaten SAF as they were not even at their full strength.
The only two positives in this series have been the batting of Babar Azam and the bowling of Shaheen Afridi. Rest in my opinion have completely failed. I think this selection committee, the batting coach Grant Flower, Mickey Arthur and Azhar Mahmood must all be sacked period. I fully support Sarfaraz Ahmed as Captain and im glad he has been retained as the Captain for the WC. I think as Sarfaraz Ahmed is the Captain, we should def plan for the future and appoint either Babar Azam or Imad Wasim as VC and get them ready for the future and I dont know if the coaching staff will remain after this series, but they should definitely be changed after the World Cup.
