Pakistan's inability to draw Test matches outside Asia

Over the last 5 years Pakistan has not been able to draw even a single test match outside Asia while India has drawn every 3rd test (7/21) and even Sri Lanka has managed to draw 2 test matches in the same period.

Something to work on to avoid losses?

Ps. This thread is not about which team is better. We all know that all 3 teams have had a shabby record outside Asia.

Why always use the word 'even' before Sri Lanka?They are a good enough side to draw games atleast outside Asia.

Sorry if that came across at belittling. I meant they've been in a genuine transition phase during the last few year coping loss of 2 once in a generation players who could bat for long periods, still they've managed to draw 2 games.

Not just here, but in UAE as well.. I think we last drew a game against England in 2015..
Before that the first game against Bangladesh... most of our games are result oriented

While a lot of Pakistan batsmen are arguably the best when it comes to temperament and not giving their wicket away, they are weak when it comes to batting time or even chasing a target outside of their comfort zones. It has been the same way historically too which is why Pakistan wins more matches overseas due to its potent bowling attack, but also tends to lose more or draw less for the reason mentioned above.

I think Pakistan will mess this one too if rain dont help us... I dont think anyone but Azhar and Shafiq will hang on for a while.

Will draw this one if they bat well... and not try to go after target. Otherwise they'll lose again
