Pakistan also needs to lobby very hard in the West, in the Arab World and broadcast Modi's crimes in Gujrat in 2002, how he went out of his way to cover them up, video tapes of his interviews where he walked out when asked about the same and not having the balls to take responsibility.

There should be a blanket ban on all Indian films, products in Pakistan. Reciprocal measures basically. We can't keep contributing to India's economy while they are going over drive with their anti Pakistan narrative. The governments were at logger heads since the partition but there was always an attempt for the people to people contact to be maintained so that the next generations would live with 'lesser' hatred than the previous one. This incident seems to have eroded the confidence in that attempt. It's a set back for the bilateral relations and I don't see anything change even after the elections in India. Both countries would be better to focus on the internal issues and the rest of the world. It is going to be a while before we see any improvement. The trade isn't much between countries so there isn't any loss fiscally to either country.

Yes indeed. i think IK's response has put Modi in a weird situation during his campaign. Congress must be secretly happy at what IK did.

But Pakistan army realized their mistakes way back in Kayani era and ever since then they have been thoroughly professional and up to the mark. The reason we saw so many suicide bombing and blasts 6-7 years ago was because we took the war to the terrorists hideouts.

I recently watched a documentary about the situation in Waziristan after people went back and started their businesses and normal life. They were very pleased by the efforts Pak army made to eradicate terrorists from Waziristan. We know this used to be their playground and it was not easy for a normal person to live here during Talibans stay.

Not only that we have seen so many operations in the urban cities by anti terror forces behind the scenes to catch terrorists hiding amongst normal people.

If Pakistan army, agencies and other anti terror forces didn't crack down things would not have been so peaceful like they are today.

trust me, extremism has been on the fall for last few years. If it was the same as India, we wouldn't have seen Indian movies, tv shows, songs, matches being aired in Pakistan after seeing the current hate by Indians.
