Well right, as you all would know, the Pakistan Super League 2020 kicks off on 20th February. Alongside the usual fantasy league competition (which too will be up within a few days) , PakPassion also offers you the chance to participate in a predictions competition. Get the expert within you working and make predictions for every match.

I´ve just been on the receiving end of a daylight robbery. I thought that the match will begin at 10 AM GMT like yesterday, but it kicked off an hour earlier, so I failed to pick my team. No! :(
 
Going for Multan over Islamabad today in the second match was plan suicidal. Plain bias on my part. Someone out there please shoot me!

A good day for me yesterday at the office, two correct predictions and one even with a correct margin. I´m up and running!
 
Sorry guys, the website hasn´t yet updated the standings following yesterday´s matches. I´ve even messaged them on their website.
 
I probably wouldn´t get the point for the margin yesterday but I´ll take my one point for the win with both hands because I went for Multan, a team least expected to overcome a team like Peshawar. However, all the credit goes to my beloved niece Imaan who was adamant that I go for Multan because she, and we all, support them. So you see, bias can work in your favour on occasions.

Bias hasn't worked for me in LQ matches. Otherwise GreenKnights were doing fine before LQ-IU match where, against the odds, I predicted Narrow Win for LQ.

What a heart-breaker that must´ve been for you! I celebrated madly that day because the Islamabad tail gave me a point otherwise lost for all money.

They locked predictions at 9 GMT whereas today´s matches were to kick off an hour later due to it being Friday. This is so frustrating man! I missed my prediction for today´s match! :facepalm:

No I didn´t miss out. They extended the deadline following my complaint and informed me of it. I locked my prediction just five minutes before the match, phew! :D

No points for anyone following yesterday´s washed out game.
 
A bad day in the competition for me after a long time as I got two predictions wrong today. The second match was lost fair and square but I got unlucky in the first one. I would´ve fancied Islamabad´s chances in a full 20-over innings. Still a lot of work was left to be done by Peshawar´s batting line-up, and Kamran, their biggest threat, had been dislodged before rain.

Lahore Easy

Not sure how the system calculate Margin of Pesh win. Nevertheless, for today, at least 3 points earned out of maximum 4.

As you all must be aware of it anyway, the PSL semi-finals and the final have been postponed due to the threat of the Corona virus. The matches will be played at some later date, we hope, and as has been announced.

So our competition till then stays on a hold.

As you all must be aware, the play-offs and the final of the PSL 2020 will be played from 14th November onwards, and our this competition too resumes.

Come on guys, re-gather all your energy, put on your thinking cap again and give it a one last go for the remaining four matches!!!

Anyone out there who might´ve given up due to being behind in the competition, I may tell you all that, from what I know, there´ll be extra points for getting your prediction right in the play-offs and then in the final.
