And they have only themselves to blame...

They should have known their standing in world cricket, put their heads down and worked on internal matters like development of domestic cricket, infrastructure, maximising PSL revenues , getting more top tier international cricket to Pakistan etc etc. You know...things that they should actually be working on without trying to spite the strongest cricker board?

But nope....all we got were misdemeanors after misdemeanors . First with that Kashmir propaganda league and a barrage of senseless political statements by countless ex-players that followed it, stupid statements by Rameez Raja about defeating the "billion dollar industry" , then Sethi with his desperate attempts to get a neutral venue for the world cup for no apparent reason.... there's only so much a juggernaut of a cricket board can take.

All in all , PCB has successfully cornered itself into a lose-lose situation now. There's no easy way out.

I was expecting a sensible response from you, blaming PCB and not BCCI ?? strange .

SLC is one board Pak can have leverage on tbh. LPL is still in nascent stage and not financially secure enough. Most of their oversees players are Pakistani and West Indian. Not allowing Pakistani players for LPL could definitely hurt SLC. BCCI can't really SLC there as Indian players can't play in oversees leagues besides Vitality Blast.

SLC can't really be hording like snakes and take up the hosting rights.
