PCB denies rumours of a 3-match T20I tour of Pakistan by England in January 2021 [Post#8]

"Karachi: England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has started working onto plan a brief tour to Pakistan next year, ARY News reported.

According to International media, England is considering to tour Pakistan next year in January to play three T20Is. In the last week of January, England cricket team will be in UAE and likely to travel to Pakistan for five days.

It must be noted here that the Pakistan cricket team toured England for three T20Is and as many Tests in COVID-19 times. Both teams played in a bio-secure environment at two venues.

In reply, many former cricketers suggested the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) ask ECB for a return tour.

Ideally full fledged tour of top team will do world of good but pcb can hardly do anything about it .This is what it is ...

3 t20i for team like england can be decent start after that they can arrange test matches latter that year .

If this can go ahead and give confidence to the ECB to tour for Test matches in a couple of years time, I'm all for it. Should also be good leading up to the T20 WC in India next year to play against one of the top T20 sides.

I dont think it will be a full england side it could be mixture between very new players and some players who have been thier for some time
