This list consists of people who were not working in domestic cricket in any capacity and were sitting on TV critiquing the players, and they got top jobs.

Now there are people like Junaid Khan who won the Islamabad region the first class and list A championship but did not get any job with PCB yet. Abdul Rehman, who got the head coach position due to his coaching performance with KPK, might get demoted to NCA coaching.

In fact, here is a list of coaches that were appointed by PCB during the start of the 2023–2024 domestic season. These are the 120+ coaches that were appointed. Not a single person from this list got a promotion to an international-level coaching or selection committee position.

These TV critics were not part of the domestic set-up, and they are now holding jobs.

This proves that Pakistan's 11 are chosen based on TV type. Even coaching and PCB jobs are now based on critiquing players on TV rather than coaches who are doing well in Domestic.

Tauqir Zia, pick coaches based on commentary, at least he wasn't eliminating his critics, i.e. what Zaka is doing.

Pakistan cricket is going to be like hockey in a couple years, nothing is left of hockey and you still have former "greats" fighting over little of whats left because they think its their right.

Hafeez's appointment is senseless.
