PCB should change their policy about captains

Pakistan should change their policy of one captain for all format. I think PCB should try
different captains in all formats.

Test=Sarfraz Ahmad.
ODI=Babar Azam.
T20=Fakhar Zaman.

There is absolutely no need and the PCB knows that. Different captains work for some teams or if a captain has retired from one format but for Pakistan it could spell disaster because it will lead to a clash of egos and problems within the dressing room. Pakistan should appoint a vice-captain and groom him for a few years and then consider the idea based on how Sarfraz has lead uptill that point. But till atleast the World Cup there is no need to even consider the idea.

Sarfraz should not be test skipper

It's time to either be brave and give a young player the captaincy or stick with Sarfaraz.

The problem is we don't have any young player who is ready to step up and take the responsibility of a captain. Fakhar already has too much burden on his shoulder, Babar is a softie and Shadab is still not guaranteed to be in every playing xi

The reason I say that is because the dynamics in the Pakistan team are carefully balanced atm. Sarfraz, Azhar, Asad, Malik are the senior players. Other players all come under the junior player bracket. Captain makes all the big decisions and if any of the young players misfields of makes a mistake they are going to get a earful from the captain. The senior players (Hafeez included) in any case are not. That's just how it is and for a few years that just how it is going to be. Seniority entitles you to power in Asian cricket.

But sarfraz has no place in team because of his performances after champion trophy
