PCL #PSL | Quetta Gladiators | Team Thread

First game against Multan, our new rivals. The sim is being kind to us with 2/2 wins in our practice matches, hopefully that continues. Yes, moreover our best bowler didn't play in both games. :afridi

Keep in mind the mid season changes. So we can change someone to a batsman in the second half of the season.

You have three international players there - we are only allowed two.

Maybe replace Sohail Khan with another bowler. And I wouldn’t play Miller as an opener - one of the openers usually tend to get out early.

To save Miller from new ball, I will put him at No.3 and you @ No. 4, while Abdul (RHB) will open with Fakhar (LHB).

How is that ?

Edit: Myself and Abdul can open instead of Fakhar

Guys, our next match is against Peshawar Zalmi and we play at our home ground. Currently I am thinking of a flat pitch to give some boost to our batting, moreover Peshawar struggled on flat pitch in round 1. International players we could use are Johnson and Miller.

Don’t go for Normal. It will suit them I think.

Go for flat or Spicey and play Miller.

I would open with Miller and Fakhar. It’s too risky to open with both your best batsmen (essentially you are putting their best bowlers against your best batsmen.

So I would suggest - open with Miller and Fakhar

And me at 4.

We play Lahore Qalandars in round 4 and they have chosen Flat pitch. Although there ground conditions supports high seam and swing, hence [MENTION=139682]LastManstanding[/MENTION] (RMF) will be our 4th seamer.

Pancake will favor Karachi since they have a Platinum bat in Red Devil and a destructive international bat Mccullum.

I am thinking we should go with spicy to give our Platinum bowler [MENTION=142036]Hamad_H[/MENTION] full advantage in home conditions.

Go spicy or even devilish with Thisara playing as a 4th seamer so we have the extra player who can bat.
