When I sit to watch cricket, I expect a certain standard of sporting entertainment that I am mostly used to. If however I don't get that, I will most probably lose interest as the said sporting entertainment is not what I expect from the spectacle in my view.
The same is with Women's cricket and before anyone jumps on the cannon and starts bashing me for being sexist I would like to reiterate that I am not in any way or form against Women participating in any types of sports.
That being said it's all about quality of the sports being at display. In men's cricket, most Test playing nations have someone clocking 140kph or a spinner in the league of Yasir/Ashwin/Herat while this is the kind of stuff people come to watch and pay good money to view regularly.
Added to these feats, sides like India, SA, Eng, Australia all have ATG level batsmen coming one after the other so there is stiff competition between bat and ball and this is something that appeals to the masses. Forget Pakistan, women's cricket in general is so God Damn novice in nature that I am pretty sure an U-19 guy from any of the top cricket teams would become a undisputed GOAT if he's ever allowed to participate - That's the gulf of difference between the two genres.
I tried watching a Pakistan's game once where the women were participating I believe with Eng/Ind (not too sure, can't exactly remember who the opposition was) but what I saw was just

worthy. Pakistan were bowling so I won't comment on that since we're the worst of the worst when it comes to Women's cricket but the batting team openers had ZERO TECHNIQUE of how to wield the willow and were just playing through the line as if the game was happening in my back yar

- I quality was so dreadful I couldn't bear to watch 3 overs of the latter.
