Peshawar Zalmi [202/7] defeat Quetta Gladiators [198/7] by 3 wickets in PSL 6

Would be interesting to see how Sarfaraz goes in the field today.

Afghan spinners along with shadab khan have been exposed a little here albeit in difficult bowling conditions.

Quetta are going to make history. Unless haider fires zalmi arent going ti chase this down.

To be fair to Shadab, he is coming from an injury without any cricket for 2 months while Afghan spinners have played full BBL.

Kamran will be vital. All depends on whether he fires. If there is a top order collapse or only low SR players like Imam playing, then Miller, Haider won’t be able to do much.

Bbl is entertaining but the quality of cricket is very average. Psl is a vastly different challenge personally.
Shadab's bowling form been going down for a while now. Needs to sort it out qadir has looked better.

They chased a similar target a few days ago but Zalmi have a pretty shallow batting lineup. I think this might be the first game where the side batting first takes it

Yes kamran is vital but he is on his last legs so we will see if gets going. Big chance for haider to prove the hype arrounding him. Did good last game.

Everyone wants to bat at the top of the order these days in limited overs.
Guys who can strike big in the middle overs are like gold dust.

Hasnain should deserves to be regular in LOIs alongside Shaheen and Hssan and should transition into test set up as well (Ideally with a season of 4day cricket). One of the few players alongside Rizwan and Faheem who seem to be improving and hardwork can bee seen on the field.

I don’t think so. Hasnain rarely takes crucial wickets and is generally expensive. I have yet to see a match winning spell from him after PSL 4.

Brilliant over from hasnain.
He has added a beautiful out swinger now and has generally improved.

His improvement is recent. Has developed a good outswinger and improved his lines.

Hasnain has always impressed me, not sure why he gets overlooked for Pakistan international games. He can should be playing allT20s and then also brought into ODIs slowly.

Kamran Akmal, Afridi, Wahab, Irfan are all way past their sell by dates - even if they come back with occasional blinders.

Time to take them out of their misery.

Havent bowled a match winning spell but, his lines, lengths, control, direction and movement with the new ball has been much better than some other pacers we have in international in Pak colours in recent times in my opinion. His fitness has really improved as well over the last year or so along with his general skills. Its really heartening to see when a cricketer is visibly better than when he came into the scene, some of the others havent shown similar progress.

Any one can have a really good or a bad day in T20 cricket but in my opinion he has developed from where he started. In PSL 4 even though he bowled a good spell or two but, he was much raw and erratic in comparison to now.

Hilarious to see Sarfraz putting his arm around Shinwari after the drama in last match. :)))

Gotta give it to Saifa - he puts up a good drama!

Imam looks like a deer in headlights. Good bouncer from steyn.

Chasing 200 and you open with Imam

People want imaam as test opener cant play genuine once said it one more time

There are people on here who think imam should open in tests

He’s definitely improved, but I just see him being consistently above average. Just don’t enjoy seeing him bowl since it’s usually a very boring spell at best and an expensive spell at worst.

Hopefully he keeps improving.

Steyn looking a shadow of himself. Pace down, swing vanished, all that has remained is the smarts.

I use to share the same sentiment as you but since the national t20 cup he's been a bowler transformed who rarely goes for runs and someone with his pace can never be boring.

He was also the pick of the bowlers against NZA where everyone else got hammered

Funny when people say Haider cant play on the offside. Yes he has his shortcomings like any young cricketer but, he can play through the offside pretty well.

Sarfraz is without doubt the best captain in Pakistan. Love to see him back in the national side and let Babar focus on his batting.

He's better to be played in international games than Haris. Wickets with the new ball is definitely something he needs work on.

Sarfraz is a good captain minus his theatrical sledging of his bowlers. If he is able to bat like today consistently,he should be leading Pak in the WC,but it will not happen.

I want to see Shinwari getting phainta so i can see saifi meltdown. :yk

People questioning Imam’s abilities. I’m telling you, this guy’s been working hard on his strike rate. These are the results.

Hasnain with 41 and Shaheen with 36 leading the most balls over 140kph chart followed by Saqib. Dhani will be somewhere near as well, missed the first game

Sarfraz slowly but steadily coming off the rails. You love to see it. :yk

Also, how bad is the bowling - cannon fodder level, man.

I believe Sarfaraz missed the trick in powerplay when he didnt ball Hasnain the 3rd over after his first good over.
