No he's still the second best white ball batsman in the world. Doesn't need PSL runs to prove anyone how good he is as displayed with that boundary.

This is coming from a Lahore Qalanders fan btw.

This is the reason why i think he can bowl in odis properly if he's good enough.
He only needs to bowl a spell of maximum 5 overs which is very manageable

Even if he can deliver two 4 over spells and one 2 over spell with same pace that can be lethal. I wont mind even 3 overs spell if he can consistently go over 145 kph with decent lines

What's his average against Pakistan? Last time he played I believe he got a 0(1). Not taking anything away from him, just saying how good Pakistani bowlers are right now (Hasan).
 
He deserves a go with new ball for Pak as well in Aus series
 
Even though i'm a lq qalandars fan i'm still happy for hasan ali.
Pakistan cricket is bigger than any franchise cricket
 
Hasan Ali is the best pacer in Pakistan. And he is proving why how he can be effective with the ball.

It’s been some clueless batting as well. Not discrediting Hasan though he’s bowled well too.

AB out here batting like a something you would expect from a Pak batsman. Seems he’s really toned his intensity down since retirement.

Yes it’s all about the the bowling. Waqas, Umar and Hasan are better bowlers than anyone in international cricket.

If international cricket had bowlers like them, de Villiers wouldn’t have had an international career in the first place.

Only Pakistani fans are capable of statements like these.

Even if there are 2 overseas bowler in an IPL team other 3 can be targeted. Not all the local bowlers in IPL are of top level. I am not saying every local bowler in PSL is top notch but % age is better

Zalmi might not chase even 125 here, LQ isn't out of the game yet, but there are some serious issues with their batting.

For once I agree with you. People are being delusional, and emotional at the moment. Fgs he’s retired of course he’s not going to be practicing at the same intensity and level he was when playing for SA.

Overall, IPL’s bowling is at a different level because the best international bowlers in the world play there. In PSL, the pool of international bowlers is quite mediocre.

The so-called superior PSL bowlers will get smashed on Indian wickets. UAE pitches are not conductive for T20 batting.

Nearly all the foreign stars in PSL have played/are playing IPL.

Selectors better start finding replacements for Fakhar. Cannot play the short ball at all. If he can't pull and hook Hasan Ali on Dubai pitches, forget him scoring runs in England against the likes of Rabada, Ferguson, Starc who'll be peppering him with short stuff. He's getting ruthlessly found out these days.

He can play the short ball. He was fine against it against Ferguson in NZ.

AB needs to apply himself. Seems like he is just trying to demolish the opposition which may have worked if he was in the form he was in before retiring. However he needs to look to build his innings rotate the strike. He’s a champion and these pitches are not great eother I expect him to do much better in Sharjah.
 
Ibtisam giving it bit of flight atleast on occasions, Shadab should learn that flight is the key for a spinner to decieve the batsmen

If the short ball is up to waist height, he is alt-right. Anything above head height, he is clueless.

He is playing the world cup and one of the best we have got in LOIs whether we like it or not. Just surpassed Dhawan in ICC rankings to be 9th

It should be common sense no one is able to maintain the same form in any sport once they tone down their playing schedule. AB is only playing T20 Leagues now, no test cricket, no odi cricket, no international cricket. So there is no way we can expect him to play like it’s 2015.
