Peshawar Zalmi vs Lahore Qalandars | PSL - Match 11 | Rawalpindi | Feb 28, 2020 | Match Thread

Hopefully this is the last PSL of the pensioner. Don't want him to occupy the spot of another player. Play Brathwaite over him and reduce him to dug out cheerleading.

If Lynn and Fakhar can get going I can see Qalandars scoring 100 in the first 6 overs.

But hacker Fakhar is seriously out of form can see him getting dismissed in the first over.

Dilbar doesn't have the potential of the others, but not sure why he's being ridiculed. Pretty good bowling today. With a bit of work on his run-up, he could become quite a decent T20 bowler.

He is literally a meme tier bowler. He sprays it wide and a juicy and hittable pace. Literally club level. Plus he looks like such a badmaash :))

Where did you play club cricket out of interest? Must be a high standard where many bowlers were comfortably hitting 140k

He's 27. This is close to the peak of his development.

Exactly his today's spell reduce target from 150+

It's just a phrase. I did play school cricket. Too busy with my studies to try cricket for my university now though (McMaster).

it's no joke to be generating 140kph from that run up and he mixes up well with slower ones. he is a smart bowler

Dilbar at his peak will probably just be a domestic t20 bully. Let’s see how his pal continues.

Dilbar was pretty decent tbh but this match clearly showed why LQ are where they are. Their talent program is a good thing in principle but with Aqib at the helm it's clearly a waste of time and energy. The likes of Irshad and Maaz show how clueless Aqib and the qalanders think tank is in terms of spotting talent. Even more appalling was Farzan Raja in his game against MCC and Aqib often talks about him in the same breath as Haris. Coupled with their complete ineptitude at the draft and in team selection, they are unlikely to get better any time soon.

Hmm not on topic, but where is that young PZ leggie?

His name was Ibtisam Sheikh if I’m not wrong.

Fair enough. I know the pain, I always tried to find the time for cricket during university but it became so difficult.

It feels sad to watch how Hasan Ali is bowling these days.

I had so much high hopes of him...

I wish he can turn things around.

Lynn needs to keep going here, best chance of winning.

I wouldn't write Hasan off based purely on this match. Everyone will get phainta in a 12 over match.

Its all about the batting today. Its basically a free hit.

Hawkeye logic ... Haider Ali forces his shots and is suited to the longer formats :vk2

Don't have the time to respond to all the drivel you post, but don't try to quote things out of context.

You obviously don't know cricket enough to know the importance of first class and list A cricket. He's a good prospect and should be selected after one successful FC and list A season . Your kind is the same kind that hypes a player one day to the moon and immediately brings them down once they fail at the international level.

Knee jerks.

Fakhar 100 against India was the biggest fluke I have witnessed in my life

yep still cant figure out how he won us the Champions trophy. And Why he hasnt showed any improvement in his technique.

I don't think he is talented enough and has batting smartness. He is an ordinary player who has been enjoying a free ride in the team

Getting more experience in first class / list A is not the same as saying someone is more suited to the longer formats and forces his shots.

Complete drivel from you as always.

Potential no ball. I’m getting Wahab vs Warner flashbacks. Lol really, some things never change.
