I hate the perception of Western summer fashion for women. It is horrifying and absurd.

The styles are horrible and the colours simply suck!

I don't like wearing T-shirts. I don't wear sleeveless tops (I can compromise with half-sleeves but I'd rather not wear them). I prefer long/3-quarter sleeves, with structure to my shirt - decent fitting, fall etc. You won't find any of that in colours other than black, navy, white, camouflage green or beige.

I'm not a grandma, for cryin' out loud! :110:

I switch between offence and offense randomly and unknowingly, both make sense to me but generally, I prefer American spellings such as color etc.
 
That reminds me, haven't played in ages but conceding a 90 minute goal on Fifa :livid

I would like to be, of course. Order people around, harass them, be a jerk in general. Then I can be on other people's pet hates lists.
 
Limited overs cricket is limited fun. While test cricket is unlimited fun. You get to see your favorite batsmen and bowlers batting and bowling for longer hours then limited overs game. How is that not fun?

Thing, its not about fun. Its about giving respect. Limited Overs is as much cricket as Tests are.

Nothing wrong in preferring one format over the others but that doesn't mean they are inferior or not real cricket and shouldn't be taken seriously.
 
^ I think League cricket is not real cricket. But whatever is played internationally is well worth the title of being cricket.

Do you live in America? When I went there last summer (in the midwest), it really seemed that the preferred uniform for girls was: flip flops, white shorts, ugly tan and mismatched darker than the short tank top. I hated it too. Maybe it's not like that in New York and SoCal but, from my experience, people dress like rags in north america.

People who are claiming that Algeria have qualified for the second round because its Ramadan time and God has blessed them.

They have qualified because they have played good football and they will crash out vs Germany in Ramadan, which will debunk these absurd claims. Not referring to anyone on this forum, but a few people around me in real have come up with this emotional fairytale.

Reading this has depressed me.....

If anything thats insulting to the players. It implies they cant win without divine help. I really dont like people who try to find hidden messages and meanings where there are none
 
Yes it is annoyingly depressing. If God grants Muslims sports team divine help in Ramadan, I wonder why we lost the World T20 2007 final to India.

1.try to scoop it and you would get out but i promise you would be the captain in all three formats and would play for a long time.

2. Play easily and win it for them and you would retire here and now.

Needless to say misbah chose the devil and thus is pure evil as he rejected the divine help. :P :P :P

On a lighter note i personally believe in " Allah helps those who help themselves". You need effort for divine help to be complete.

Is it just me or was the whole girlfriend and wives celebrating with the players at the end of the World Cup just completely uncalled for?

If I was a player that had just won a world cup, I would want to be celebrating with my team mates and having a chat with the opposition afterwards.

Annoying girlfriends and wives trying to come in and steal the spotlight with cheesy kisses and hugs.

And before you all start - yes I do realise they have supported the players throughout most of their careers etc etc but it was still so damn annoying to watch.

I normally hate this stuff but I didnt really mind it. I guess the players would've wanted their families to experience the moment too.

Selfies in the mirror actually do make you look cuter to yourself. Of course, if people understood that, they could just reverse normal images and it would achieve the same effect. In fact, someone should make an Instagram where the Instagram filter is replaced by all pictures being reversed.

I don't hate selfies as much as I hate the pouting and the desire to have your head stuck to your friends heads as if you are all Siamese triplets.

This next one might be controversial but I'm gonna say it.

I condemn Israel's atrocious acts in Palestine and I firmly believe Palestine should be free. But people changing their avatar to a Palestinian flag is just cringe-worthy. Do you really think the Israelis care??? Newsflash they dont. Boycott Israeli goods if you feel strongly about it. Its funny because all of them have Intel powered laptops so they're actually giving Israel money.

And kids who get all the flashiest gadgets and crap irritates the hell out of me. Why would an 8 year old need an iPad or a brand new console?? Ugh I need a drink

Oh wait one more.

Anyone who when watching the world cup referred to another country as "we" needs to be dragged through the streets and then each limb attached to a different horse and then said horses set off in each different direction until they are ripped apart like Brazil's defence. Seriously its pathetic. You're not Argentinian/Brazilian/German. Deal with it

Its not that they're bad. Hell when I was younger we had a PS2 and loads of games for it and a family desktop computer, but these days parents just shove their kids in front of a screen and leave them there.Internet use should be restricted and limited for kids because they dont need it lol. Send them over to a friends house or something. if they're bored.

I mean I've seen dozens of 7 year olds on Facebook for christs sake in my local library. Its ludicrous. Online games , especially grand theft auto V back when I used to play it, are riddled with 8 year olds playing with no supervision and they even have microphones for christs sake! Why would he need a microphone :facepalm: They're exposed to so much crap on the internet these days and parents dont seem to care.

Kids arent kids anymore. They're just teenagers except really small and with high pitched voices. Its a shame really.
