Young leggie has been very good with his control, haven't seen him bowl any wrong one. His biggest weapon seems to be the bounce which is quite surprising as he isn't very tall and also doesn't bowl with a jump. It's his high arm action,most probably, which helps him get plenty of kick from the surface.
