The ECB posted the England players doing the yo yo test on their YouTube page and surprisingly Cook came in first

Do you know what it takes to field for 2 days at Ahmadabad, then bat for 4 hours, follow-on & again bat for 10 hours? Or Brisbane in summer, bat for 3 hours, field for next 2 days & again bat for 235*?

Cricket is not gymnastics or Basketball - in cricket's term, Cook is one of the fittest cricketer ever in 200 years' history of the game.

The Pakistan lineup this time includes Misbahul Haq, followed by Junaid Khan, Muhammad Asghar, Rahat Ali, Imran Khan Sr, Shan Masood, Younus Khan, Azhar Ali, Ehsan Adil, Iftikhar Ahmed and Sharjeel Khan as the man-anchor at the end.

After a lot of ‘hoo-haa’, see who wins this tug of war.

Brilliant.

Boys look happy, united.

Lol khush tou aisay horahay hain jaisay WC jeet gaye hoon.

And Rizwan reminds me of those hyper school boys who want to be involved in everything. Funny how he was giving his own sound effects with the whistle. :))

Haha those celebrations at the end by Pak players were hilarious. They don't celebrate like this even if they win a match :)))

So it means our players took fitness camp way way seriously. (I hope i am right)
The army guys had been making them go through hell for a few weeks

This was their way to get back I suppose considering the celebrations

Lmao I would doubt whether they would have such spontaneous elation at winning a World Cup even

While all this effort and danda is good to see Im not sure of its efficacy in the long run when we all know that as soon as the camp finishes, majority of the boys will go home and revert to their diet of paaye and nihari.

The problem is that most of our boys think that as long as you are training hard enoughit gives you the license of eating whatever the hell you want. Whereas in reality the training and fitness regiment has to go hand in hand with a proper, well laid out diet plan.

This is clearly what happened with Sharjeel. At the end of the camp and during the A series he was looking as lean and fit as he's ever looked in past five years but seems like he went hard on a diet of parathas and nihari after the camp was done. By the end of the England tour he was looking as unfit as ever

Since Knee injury JK Bhaee has become so weak. With these legs how can he bowl at his previous pace ?

Latest video and he is so skinny and going to CT with a bowling average of 60 in last 16 Odi's he has played for Pakistan.
