The picture is of a boy mourning Amir Nazir, the 15 year old who was killed by a stray bullet according to Indian army. Locals refuted the claim of Indian army and said that the army men fired live ammunition at the protesters. The picture is content protected so i am sharing the link.

You have to understand that kashmiris don't see them as terrorists, they see the indian armed forces as terrorists who are occupying them.

They want freedom, which in any sense of the word they will likely never achieve, so they will continue to suffer.

Other than a few thousand people in the valley no Kashmiri wants to join Pakistan. Who can blame them? They may not want to be part of India but definitely do not want to have anything to do with Pakistan. India will never give up Kashmir. Unless there is a whole scale war and India loses it badly, Kashmir will remain with India. But who will fight the war? A few thousand people throwing stones and a few hundred terrorists will not win the war other than wasting their time and lives.
