[PICTURES] A message for Babar Azam and his fans: Focus on ODIs and retire from Test and T20I

Who is better Moin Khan or Kamran Akmal
Rizwan is a better test batsmen then moin Khan.

In odi rizwan is better then moin at the top order while Moin is better at no 6/7 then rizwan is. Moin is also better vs NZ then rizzu but rizzu is better vs every other country.

When it comes to Kamran Akmal, In tests, Kamran akmal is 100x superior to Rizwan at home den. It isn't even a contest as to who's better. Rizwan is > Kami overseas though.

In odi Kamran Akmal is surprisingly > Rizwan in the top and middle order where he avg 35 to 40. No clue why pakistan didn't use kamran Akmal at 4 and 6 more often since he has a terrific record their. In opening Kami's biggest issue was getting out early, he struggled alot against the new ball, since he got set it was game over for the opposition. Kami even has a century at no 4 and it was a much kre difficult era.

Rizwam never opened in odi so can't say who's > who, But Kami was defo > in the middle.

In t20 kamran wins hands down. Rizwan is a clown in tests.

Also Kamran is > Moin in all departments

Basically

Kamran > Moin in all formats

KAmi > rizzu in tests at home, Rizzu > Kami in tests overseas

Kami > Rizzu in odi at no 4 and no 6 and in the middle, stats wise rizwan > Kami in odi

Kami >>>>>>>>>>>>> Rizzu in t20 no contest.

In terms of glovework, Rizwan > Moin and kami

Too young

Too classy

The Australian system behind him
need to retire from odi's too
I am now giving up my support for Babar azam in odi as well. Enough is enough.

Regardless of eras and how it's achieved 56 avg and 19 centuries is impressive nonetheless and justifies a place in the squad but not anymore.

No reason to make him an odi only specialist if he continues to bat like this. I'm tired of Abdullah Shafiq, Imam ul haq, Babar azam esc players.

Seems like a keyboard warrior.
100%

Plus he’s exposed himself as a hardcore PTI fan, also the mention of the Kebab Niaz stadium is a giveaway too.

Tbh there are decent PTI fans like @YousafTheBeast so I don’t like to roast them too much because I respect his cricketing views, but there is a definite recurring theme in these fanboys

I've noticed a few recently, and while I always doubted their cricket knowledge but it turns out the real issue is their bias, influenced by the political party they support.

PCB has invested a lot on him over the years. They are not going to drop him for an extended period of time. It would simply hurt his brand if they do so. And no player quits the game at age 30 or opts out of international cricket deliberately at that age just to find his form back in domestics.

This is true but I think it is time to take him rest from the T20 format at least when you have the likes to Saim and Fakhar at the top. His game doesn't suit for T20 cricket and I hope this break helps him to prepare better for ODI and test cricket.

I'd never want a player of his approach in my T20 team. Never! The truth is he will not be dropped in the near future (3 years), and it's a joke to expect him to retire at age 30.

It’s getting to the stage where babar should pull out of every game that does not involve a minnow.

And after that, it will only be the lower tier associates like Nepal, and later just domestic competitions.

The guy is completely done. He’s probably been the most useless Pak player in the last 3 years. Even worse than Rizwan who somehow rides his luck to a few scores.

IMG_3919.jpegPakistan 🇵🇰 ODI XI : 1) Anwar 2) Fakhar 3) Yousuf 4) Miandad 5) Inzamam 6) Imran* 7) Afridi 8) Moin+ 9) Wasim 10) Saqlain 11) Waqar

I know.

Nepal and Zimbabwe always keep him on top.
He top scored for Pak in SA vs SA where even Pak greats of past have struggled. Have some shame when you make out that Babar is a minnow basher. He has 31 international centuries. Not all came against Nepal.

Babar >> Head. Miles ahead. It is like comparing Yuvraj Singh with Viv Richards. Please don't make a joke of yourself.

Babar has yet to produce a single memorable knock for Pakistan. The reasons for this is because he scores soft runs and is unable to accelerate past third gear.

You say it's like comparing Viv Richards and Yuvraj Singh. I find this is amusing because Babar is actually an inferior to the latter in white ball cricket.

So let's get this right, so you don't make a joke out of yourself. The bottom line is Viv, Yuvraj and Travis are all miles ahead of Babar.

When was babar won a ODI match for pakistan by scoring a ton .

Ohh wait it was against Nepal in 2023 asia Cup .

Babar is a statpaddler but he is hyped a lot so now his fan's are getting the reality check.
:kp

Btw this Number one ranking drama will end's in next few days when Ranking will be update after the India - England ODI series on 12 Feb .

:kp

He is hyping him up as if it’s Klaasen or Travis Head

Let’s say Babar scores a run a ball hundred on a road, how is that going to change anything?
The chances of a run a ball hundred are slim. I dont recall babar ever doing that.

People praise his Nepal innings and his aus warmup innings with David Warner as the main bowler for that game, but even in those games he waited till he got a century to actually explode on a rubbish bowling side.

Aus vs Pak warmup match is probably the funniest unofficial match of all time. How the heck do you lose to Australia when their bowling with batters and are having pat Cummins and Hazlewood bat at 3 and 5 🤣🤣.

Reality is in check because last I checked he still tops the rankings, most runs scored, most centuries scored list over many, many years. Time for you to get yourself checked before checking reality maybe?

Babar even on his best days can Max Play a supportive role. He is no head , Rohit,Fakhar and Virat etc who can win the match single-handedly.

Lol 40s or 50s and 60s....these are his memorable knocks ??

Only his century against NZ in 2019 is good rest are meaningless .

I asked you to top odi innings and you bring his awards and T20 performance

:kp

Were those runs got counted in opposition's runs?

Fakhar has more memorable and impact full knock than Babar Azam .

But babar is Play gorgeous cover drive so he is better than Fakhar or best Player in pakistan cricket.

:kp

Look at state of this blind Babar fan.

You have to be desperate to bring 30s, 40s and slow half centuries when asked for best performances against top sides.

Even Younis Khan has a far more impressive list of white ball knocks that are actually worthy of note.

Comical stuff

Joke list. Included irrelevant awards to boost up the numbers on this list to inflate it by 25 times longer than what it should actually be.

The only innings that a diehard Babar fan can claim to be worthy of note is the hundred against New Zealand in the 2019 WC. But for me even that is a stretch. I say this because it was a slow innings and perhaps a contributing factor to Pakistan’s group stage exit due to their low net run rate.

You’re not fooling anyone here bhai.

YK batted in a very difficult whiteball era and by the time he was recalled in odi's in the 2 new ball era he was too old in 2014 to make a mark but he still managed one century was NZ.

YK is not a good whiteball cricketer but he would atleast avg 40+ in today's odi era with 14 to 15 centuries and if you gave him the same rubbish Nepal bowlers that Babar faced he'd be avg 50+.

Babar azam and shai hope are the biggest scams in modern odi cricket with Williamson being the biggest scam in test cricket.

Pakistan made a big mistake batting him at 3. Like Hafeez, he was actually better suited for the lower middle order.

He averages in the 40s at number 6. This is perhaps where Pakistan should have used him during the 2000s.

The 2011 WC should’ve been his last appearance in ODIs. The problem was PCB set a horrible precedent by making Misbah the captain shortly after this tournament, so if that fraud was going to play, discarding YK was always going to be problematic.

As he was an ATG (or at least a near ATG) test player, Pakistan cricket felt compelled to do as he pleases.

But overall I feel this could’ve been resolved had they dropped both Misbah and YK at the same time after the 2011 WC. I guess this perfectly sums up Pakistan cricket and their awful successful planning and thought process behind all their decisions.

Babar getting out to spinner every now and then is frustrating. Same kind of dismissal every time and he is not improving that stuff. Babar's last tournament this CT, should be his last if he under-performs.

Babar should come in at number 3 now that Saud is in and this should be his final warning that Babar has to score now. He is out of form for couple of years now and people defended him but now the time is up for excuses and babar needs to score runs otherwise he should be rested/dropped.

Even if he fails, you and many others will still defend him? So that's the point of these ultimatums?

You missed this part I guess... read full text before making assumptions brother Momin.... Babar has to score runs otherwise he should be dropped just like any other individual who is out of form.

I read it my dude.

But ik you will eventually revert. It's not just you, it's 95% of Pakistani fans because while I dislike babar, their aren't any replacements available.

Only hope now is to make sure saim ayub replaces babar and saud can fill the no 3 role otherwise bobby it is

If Babar fails what will your stance be post CT? Let's hear it. Please sure enlighten me.

Because you better hope saim and Saud can effectively close the door on babar. I'm hoping they do, but if their unable to, what will your argument be?

Stance right here,,, read and enjoy
I already read it.

The reason I started this conversation and claimed what I claimed was due to you saying

If Babar fails he should be Rested/Dropped Meaning you dont want him dropped for good othwrwise you wouldnt have added the /.

thats why i believe you dont mean what you claim.

rested/ dropped means you can call whatever you wanna call that thing but he needs to be sent back to playing domestics to regain his form...

I really hope and pray this guys finds some ghairat and sharam and wins at least one match for Pakistan in the CT. Tall ask from him knowning he simply does not have the match winning capability. After all the hype and applaud the common man gives him in Pakistan, he should bother winning one match for them FGS.

Aha I knew it, thanks for confessing you were making a half hearted appeal all along.

Now was that so difficult?

Simple words for you

BABAR SHOULD SCORE RUNS NOW OTHERWISE HE SHOULD BE DROPPED SO THAT HE KNOWS THAT HE IS NOT INVINCIBLE

Naw naw, don't change the script now. You said rested/ dropped and I caught the / argument.

I win. Give me my victory and let's end this discussion because I already won 2 posts ago.
