Why do you want to select Mir Hamza in ODIs? Hoping that he comes good doesn't seem like a great strategy.

You know what that is an acceptable team despite Azhar and Hafeez. I feel Umar Amin may feel a bit undone but other than this, its a pretty good team, with Imad's injury I expect to see Faheem Ashraf to play hopefully or maybe we will see Nawaz as Shadab will be the only spinner with Malik able to bowl a few overs. With Azhar & Hafeez in it I don't expect to see Haris Sohail or Imam ul Haq playing a part in the starting XI. Also 3 out & out pace bowlers with two allrounders, could have taken another pace bowler.

How you judged that he is rubbish in LO and he is a Test bowler ?

Because he gets thrashed everytime he plays a T20. I rate him but only for tests, particularly in swinging conditions.

Maybe because it’s NZ, he could’ve been selected, but not a long term LO investment by any means
