An old incident but Rashid Latif kept smoking on-camera for 2 hours during Pak-BD "Multan" test match.

I think it's not uncommon even now.

I'm also eager to know who smokes. Smoking is single handledly the worse thing for an athlete in terms of their fitness. It's actually humiliating that they do.
