Lovely scenes.
At work today in Australia two or three of my colleagues had watched the closing stages over breakfast and loved it.
But all of them commented more on the extremely conservative dress of a couple of ladies in the group. Whose family were those ladies part of?
My colleagues were using this as an illustration of how alien they find Pakistanis nowadays, but to be honest I thought that they were with the most highly educated of the Pakistani players, who speaks the best English!
One of them was younis's wife , pathans still prefer to wear hijab.
I'm pleased about that: Younis is much loved here, and that will De-escalate some of the sneering comments I heard this morning.
Hope so , not that its any of their business though.
