VIEW FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Ahead of the match Somerset Head Coach, Jason Kerr said: “The performance against Glamorgan was incredibly polished. We were disappointed with our performance against Northants but the way we came back on Tuesday night was brilliant for the team and gives us huge confidence going into the game against Worcestershire Rapids.
“They are a strong white-ball outfit and I’m sure they’ll be looking to bounce back against us on Thursday. We certainly won’t underestimate them or any team we face this year.
“Lewis will be back to captain the side and I have to say that Tom Abell did a brilliant job in his absence. We welcome back Babar Azam as well, so to boost the squad with two internationals gives us huge strength in depth.”
